By merging diverse datasets, Veg+ Data emerges as a centralized resource offering insights into the patterns and trends of fruit and vegetable consumption across countries worldwide. Users can leverage the platform to search by country, accessing information on the daily consumption and availability of fruits, vegetables, legumes, and tubers. Additionally, Veg+ Data provides insights into nutrient intake, prevalence of obesity and diabetes, and rates of death from non-communicable diseases, offering a versatile resource for researchers, policymakers, and health professionals.
